After more than 25 years in general management, safety, and stakeholder leadership roles, Dan saw the gap between traditional consultancy and what site leaders actually need: hands-on, peer-level support that works fast, fits the environment, and sticks.

Dan brings more than two decades of operational leadership across both coal and metalliferous environments.
He’s led teams of thousands. Delivered major project restarts. Stabilised operations in crisis and brought entire sites back from shutdowns to safe, productive performance.

- Regulator assistance drafting QGN35 Integrating Critical Risks into Principal Hazard Management Plans
- Facilitating Regulatory Body 5 year strategic plan workshops.

Led safe recommencement of mining, restored workforce trust, and rebuilt planning discipline.

Oversaw open-cut restart, built leadership team, delivered operating cashflow, and expanded contractor capability

Designed and rolled out the Green Strategy, led eNGO engagement, managed environmental approvals and implemented national GHG emissions strategy.
